By creating an account on 777pup, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the 777pup platform in the Philippines. We may update them from time to time — continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility & Registration

To use 777pup, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have previously been excluded from the 777pup platform.

777pup reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or other documentation. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending review. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Your Account

One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to maintain only one active 777pup account. Duplicate accounts created by the same person — whether using the same or different personal details — are prohibited. Any duplicate accounts detected will be closed immediately, and any balances or bonus credits within them will be forfeited.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential. 777pup will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact 777pup support immediately at support@777pup.app. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, which may include temporarily locking the account.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance with applicable Philippine regulations and anti-money laundering requirements, 777pup may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. This typically includes a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access until the process is completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits and transactions on the 777pup platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We accept deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 777pup wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. 777pup does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may have their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible, as required by our anti-money laundering policy.

Most withdrawals are processed within the same business day for verified accounts. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. 777pup does not charge withdrawal fees, though your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may have applicable charges.

Currency & Taxes

All winnings are paid in Philippine Peso. Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on gambling winnings under Philippine law. 777pup does not provide tax advice — if you're unsure about your obligations, please consult a qualified tax professional.

Bonuses & Promotions

777pup offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits.

• Bonuses are non-cashable by default until their wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe. Unmet wagering requirements result in bonus forfeiture.
• 777pup reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
• Only one active welcome bonus per new player. Players who have previously held a 777pup account are not eligible for new player promotions.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through matched betting with multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account suspension.

Betting & Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 777pup platform are binding once confirmed. We recommend reviewing all selections carefully before submitting any wager. 777pup will not reverse a correctly confirmed bet due to player error.

For sports betting, all markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport, competition, and market type. In the event of a dispute about the outcome of an event, the decision of 777pup — in accordance with its documented sporting rules — will be final.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet per selection is ₱20. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market, event, and the player's account tier. 777pup reserves the right to limit or refuse specific wagers at its sole discretion, including in situations where it suspects irregular betting patterns.

Casino & Slot Games

All casino games on 777pup — including JILI Slots, live dealer games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Game outcomes are independently verified to be random and fair. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) for each game is displayed in that game's information panel.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 777pup reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes. We will not be liable for losses arising from such technical failures beyond the return of the original stake.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777pup platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Using bots, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or coordinating bets to exploit the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the 777pup platform or its underlying software.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering.
• Using 777pup for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 18) to use your account or access the platform.
• Providing false personal or financial information during registration or verification.

Responsible Gaming

777pup takes responsible gaming seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — and we want it to stay that way for all our players. We provide the following tools to every registered player:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to manage your spending.

Limitation of Liability

In particular, 777pup is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from interrupted or delayed access to the platform due to factors outside our control, including internet outages or device failures.
• Losses resulting from third-party service interruptions (such as your bank or GCash).
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contains errors or is outdated.
• Any gambling losses incurred by a player using the platform — gambling inherently involves financial risk that you accept when you play.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Intellectual Property

Suspension & Termination

777pup reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete required verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Regulatory or licensing requirements.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited. Legitimate balances in non-breach account closures will be returned to the player's registered payment method after processing.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@777pup.app. Any legitimate balance at the time of closure will be refunded.

Changes to These Terms
